All intending participants who wish to present papers at the conference are cordially invited to submit abstracts in Microsoft Word format, not exceeding 250 words (excluding the title, author name(s), and affiliations). The abstract must be written and submitted in English (Times New Roman, font size 12). Keywords (Bold) should not be more than five. The submission should also include the email address and phone number (with country code for international participants) of the corresponding author. Authors should indicate their subtheme and presentation preference (oral, poster or virtual) at the top of the abstract. Abstract can be submitted as an attachment to: [email protected] or the conference website https://fnsconference.acu.edu.ng on or before 31^st March, 2026.

Any abstract received after the deadline may not be included in the Book of Abstracts. Please ensure strict adherence to the submission guidelines. There will be both oral and poster presentation sessions. The poster should be in A0 portrait format (84 cm × 119 cm) and printed on flex material. The PowerPoint presentation should not exceed 20 slides, and the duration for each presentation will be communicated at the venue.
